to be honest, it's as easy as abc. just go to https://www.icq.com/register/, fill up the form (you'll get yuor personal icq number), after these pls download any icq prog or use icq2go @ icq.com or meebo.com service. Pls add my icq # 750000 or 391283499 u'll get the answers to all of your question. believe me it's much more easier than u can imagine ;)
ps: what is your email so i could also send u the letter?
