Dear partners,
We have recently decided to add support ticket system as an additional support for you!
Fot the reason ICQ support is not really ever best way to support you, some messages could be lost, others take some long time to get an answer, moreover it's not a secret that some of our affiliates can't get in touch with Support manager 'cause they don't receive sent messages. how do you think - is it worth adding support ticket system? ;)

I think Seo Pharmacy definitely needs to improve upon communications for this site. This "ICQ Manager" system that you use at the moment is not efficient. I must have sent about 4 messages total between emailing you, using that ICQ thing and posting on this form. I still have not received a response and I have been signed up with this thing for about a week.

hi this is suzanne ,I think itz the best idea because most of the people don't understand what is ICQ ,also quick service is a core need ....so i think itz a very good idea to meet the needs.
