Q: How can I start working?

A: To start working you need to register and approve your account. Please register an account at registration page and then contact affiliate support.

Q: Will you provide me with the backend where I can change the pricing of the medication?
A: Yes, your control panel will allow you to change the pricing from -20% to +20% from the default, so will change the $ amount of your commission.

Q: What will be the frequency of payments (commission) to us and by what method will those payments be processed?
A: Money come to your account every day. We pay commission on request, with a week delay, meaning that if you have made $100+ on current Sunday you can request this money next Sunday. Minimum payment amount is $100, payment methods are bank wires and direct Fethard and WebMoney transfers.

Q: What cards do you accept?
A: Currently we accept only Visa cards, but we are looking for a way to accept other cards. As practice shows, 80-85% of all online orders are processed using Visa cards so this is not so crucial for our affiliates.

Q: What about shipping period?
A: We ship via US postal service, the delivery period is 10-21 days, but some products are shipped with express delivery for 3-5 days.

Q: What does "Show original price to client" from the link info section mean?
A: That option is used with -1%...-10% price discount only. If you check the box to use it, the site will show clients two prices: an old one without a discount, crossed out, and the new one, with discount applied.

Q: How do I introduce my bank info?
A: To introduce your bank info use your personal control panel and proceed to payments section. Choose a payment type in "Request payment" section, then indicate the payment amount and enter security pin code. In "Request payment: step II" section choose "New wire template" in the "Wire details template" field. Fill in all required fields concerning your bank info and mark 'Save as template".

Q: When I enter web sites and try to connect, I get a message that says: "No spam here, your account will be blocked immediately." It happens with all three sites and I can't get in.
A: To enter web sites use the section at the left side "Generate new link" with options you want. The message about spam - is just a warning for those, who missed it at the registration moment.
